Summary: I was happy and comfortable staying here. Gated complex. Large, clean pool. Renovated apt. Nicely decorated. Bedrooms are a good size and very far apart for privacy. 2 full bathrooms. There was a sign on dining table to welcome us by name. No elevator. Climb 3 floors. Really nice mountain views, city views, and port view. Night time was quiet for sleeping. No traffic noise at all. This is a great choice!

Summary: The property itself & the view we had was breathtaking. It was so sweet that they left a standup message on the kitchen table welcoming our party by name. Made us feel real special! We stayed 8 days & to our surprise, the housekeeper came to clean the property & change towels, etc twice during our stay (app. every 2-3 days). I only mention this because the detailed email instructions we received stated housekeeping is done before & after our stay. The only con was the roads/street/pathway to the penthouse. It is a steep road with major potholes & rocks/pebbles. Not smooth at all & dangerous for any type of walking. I was very careful when walking the path to the pool or simply off the property but if someone happens to slip & injure themselves, this is a major lawsuit.

Summary: Penthouse is located close to town. The house is clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. The host was patience and nice in assisting us in finding the property. I would absolutely recommend Penthouse on the Ridge.

Summary: Penthouse on The Ridge was everything advertised and more! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the view is breathtaking The bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with the basic items to get the vacation started! It was an absolute pleasure to be there and we WILL be back!

Summary: This was my second stay and it was once again a very pleasant experience. The property is clean and beautiful and a great setting. The owners and housekeeper make themselves available when needed. I called to report an AC that stopped working and a technician was there in short order. I will stay here again and recommend it highly.

Summary: The penthouse apartment was immaculate and comfortable. The view from the multiple balconies was amazing. Both the owner and the attendant were accessible and helpful. I have already recommended it to others and will most definitely be using it again when in the area. I highly recommend it.
